Accessibility Statement
Pinocchio’s Bar and Grill wants everyone to be able to use our website and enjoy our restaurants. We are working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and to keep both dining rooms welcoming to all guests.
On the website
We build and test our site with accessibility in mind:
- Text and background colors are checked for readable contrast.
- Pages can be navigated with a keyboard alone, and focus is visible as you move through links and buttons.
- Images carry descriptive alternative text, and headings are structured so screen readers can move through a page in order.
- Menus are available as downloadable PDFs as well as text on the page.
In our restaurants
Both the Reno and Sparks locations have accessible parking and step-free entrances, accessible restrooms, and tables that accommodate wheelchairs. Service animals are always welcome. If you would like a quieter table or need any other accommodation, call ahead and we will set it up before you arrive.
Menus and ordering
If reading the menu is difficult for any reason, our staff will gladly read it to you and answer questions about ingredients or preparation. Let your server know and they will take care of it.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review the site as we add pages, and we fix issues as we find them. Some older photos and documents may not yet meet every standard, and we are updating those over time.

If you run into a barrier on this site or at either restaurant, we want to hear about it. Call us and describe what happened, including the page you were on if it was online, and we will work to fix it and help you get what you needed in the meantime.
